Love. This. I have had a fit bit for probably 3 years and never come close to the recommended 10000 steps per day. (typically, I take between 3000 and 5000 steps per day.) I have hit my goal Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur this week and well on my way today. I have started doing a little dance program for 15-20 minutes in the evening, walking my dogs more, riding bike with Gavin, and 4 mornings a week I do weight lifting (I was doing that anyway tho.) this one also got me to thinking about all the things I did as a kid and made me start thinking that Gavin is probably watching a little too much tv and other inactive things so I am more conscious of keeping him moving too..
